Ultherapy PRIME® – A Visible Facelift Without Surgery

How does treatment with microfocused ultrasound work?
Ultherapy PRIME® directs focused ultrasound energy specifically into the layers of tissue that are rich in collagen and elastin. The energy acts at precise depths of 1.5 mm, 3 mm, and 4.5 mm. The skin’s surface remains unharmed.
Deep within the skin, tiny heat points form with temperatures ranging from 60 to 70 °C. These trigger the skin’s natural regeneration process, which occurs in three phases:
- Activation: The body responds to the heat points by initiating a natural healing process.
- Regeneration: The connective tissue cells (fibroblasts) produce new collagen and elastin.
- Maturation: The new collagen is remodeled and forms tight cross-links. This promotes a long-lasting lifting and firming effect.
So the skin isn’t plumped up from the outside, but rather rebuilds itself from the inside out. That’s why the result looks natural.

How does the treatment work?
We start with a personal consultation. I’ll examine your skin, discuss your goals with you, and create a personalized treatment plan.
During the treatment, I move the handpiece over your skin and monitor the tissue layers on the screen. You may feel small energy pulses being delivered deep into the skin. This sensation varies from person to person. We’ll discuss beforehand how to make the treatment as comfortable as possible for you.
Depending on the area, a session lasts between 30 and 90 minutes. Usually, a single session is sufficient.
After treatment
